Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please contact Mary as soon as you know that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or if you have a question about a purchase.

Cancel or reschedule an appointment

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. For a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment, a fee of up to 50% of the affected appointment’s value may apply. Mary may make exceptions for illness, emergencies or other circumstances. If Mary cancels your appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Six-session Shockwave package

The six-session Shockwave package is a separate purchase. For a package purchased at $650, the refund for unused sessions is calculated as $650 multiplied by the number of unused sessions, divided by six. For example, if two sessions have been used and four remain unused, the prorated amount is $433.33.

For a prepaid package appointment, any applicable late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee, including how it is calculated, will be disclosed before booking. For the same late cancellation or missed package appointment, a client will not both be charged a separate late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee and have that same session counted as used.

Course purchases

If a course becomes available for purchase, its applicable access and refund terms will be presented before checkout. Contact Mary with questions about a course purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
