A course in development

The Framily Method™

A thoughtful learning experience for adults exploring communication, consent, and relaxing touch with a willing partner.

The learning approach

Communication comes before technique.

The working outline begins with agreements, privacy, and preparation, then moves into noticing feedback and practicing simple relaxation skills.

The course is being developed for adults practicing with a consenting partner. Activities are optional; participants can pause, observe, or stop at any time.

This educational course is separate from Mary’s in-person massage and Shockwave services.

From shared agreement to guided practice.
